MERGER OF THE MONTEVIDEO TIMES WITH THE SUN: Owing to other occupations Mr. Breazeale is unable to continue his Editorship of “The Montevideo Times”. In consequence an agreement has been made between the Anglo-American Printing-Company and Mr. George Mayer, proprietors respectively of “The Montevideo Times” and “The Sun”, for the merger of these two papers as from September 1 next. The paper resulting from the merger will be published under the title “The Sun" with which is incorporated.“The Montevideo Times" and will be the sole property of, and under the sole editorship and management of Mr. George Mayer.
